PERENNIALS THAT MEET THE HIGHEST STANDARDS

For seven generations now, the family-run company has been offering a variety of perennials for flowering greenery in gardens and parks and is now one of the oldest nurseries in Germany. Fehrle Stauden cultivates plants for garden centers, tree nurseries, gardening and landscaping or municipalities. Whether large perennials, mixed perennial plantings or contract production, the goal is always the same: diversity in its most beautiful form! The range of the modern large perennial company includes 2,000 species and varieties on 9 hectares of land. Only perennials are produced - from small-ball perennials for green roofs to solitary perennials in 10-liter containers. The well-known, traditional quality of the perennials is ensured by a well-thought-out production that is constantly being optimized. A highly motivated team, permanent efforts in the area of sustainability, such as integrated plant protection, organic fertilization, irrigation water and pot recycling, peat reduction, use of electricity from photovoltaics and an in-house fully electric vehicle fleet all contribute to constantly improving. With an annual production of 2.5 million perennials in several production batches per year, even large orders can be delivered reliably and consistently quickly.

Fehrle Staudenkonzepte in cooperation with KNUMOX

To ensure that the KNUMOX elements are integrated into the gardens in a natural way, perennial planting concepts were developed using the expertise of both companies.

The individual modules each cover an area of approximately 200 cm x 120 cm and can be planted lengthways or crossways. They work for KNUMOX elements with a width of 60 cm as well as 100 cm.

To green larger areas, several modules can simply be connected together.
2 modules next to each other:
Here we recommend planting one element mirrored to the other.
3 modules in series:
Here we recommend, starting from the middle element, planting the two side elements in a mirror image of the middle element.

Planted in the right location, our modules provide you with a modern, long-lasting and easy-care perennial planting in combination with the KNUMOX elements.

The perennials used are arranged in such a way that at least 1/3 of the glass surface remains visible at all times. During the summer months, the plants take on the main role in the design - during the winter months, the effect of the glass elements comes to the fore. Bulbous plants, grasses, evergreen perennials and perennials with interesting structures support the summer bloomers and ensure that the bed is attractive all year round.

There are currently 7 different planting modules available. On request, we can also create individually designed planting plans - tailored to your project!
