With this attitude, the studio has developed into one of the most successful garden and landscaping companies in the Balearic Islands. What once began as a small facility is now a large garden center with a show garden, its own tree nursery, depot, storage area and office space for the creative studio team, where the most beautiful garden ideas are created with the help of state-of-the-art 3D visualizations.
Anyone who chooses the Jardins de Tramuntana team shares the passion for picturesque Mediterranean scenery, appreciates life in harmony with almost untouched nature and loves centuries-old trees. The landscape designers are known for the latter and for unique solitary plants: They are considered specialists in oversized, free-standing trees and it is not uncommon for the Mallorcans to save the mighty trees from being cleared on local building plots.
KNUMOX VISITING THE GARDEN LYSA
One of the great projects from the portfolio of the Mallorcan landscape designers is the Lysa Garden near the municipality of Bunyola. It opened its doors to the participants of the KNUMOX Mallorca Event 2023 at the foot of the majestic Sierra de Tramuntana: a sight that no tourist on the island ever gets to see and which makes the visit a very special experience.
Long before the property was built on the hillside, there were already centuries-old olive trees. They deserve all the credit. What's more, they became the protagonists of the garden, which the Jardins de Tramuntana team designed with terraces and stairs so that at the end a window opens up that brings heaven to earth. An approach that couldn't be more poetic. The steps, with their theatrical design, lead up to the highlight of the garden paradise: a pond covered with water lilies, lined with fine slate, in which mountains and cypresses are reflected. At one end, a slate platform invites you to reflect on the beauty of the landscape and becomes a point of connection between man and nature.
KNUMOX ARTO BRINGS ART INTO THE GREEN
The new KNUMOX glass design steles from the ARTO series are celebrating their premiere in the garden's spacious park. They not only show the way between the majestic olive trees, but also invite you to pause along the way. FLORA from the KNUMOX ARTO collection impresses with its organic-looking motif, which is inspired by nature. The glass canvas blends effortlessly into the green of its surroundings, which is so rich in nuances.
It is the material glass that, thanks to its translucent properties, brings the abstract painting, which consists of millions of dots, to life. The dots are as delicate as the watercolor effects, and their light reflections are multifaceted, varying with the position of the sun. A color light painting that captivates the viewer and makes the dream of an outdoor gallery a reality.
