REUSABLE FRAME FOR DHL RETURN SHIPPING

We use our KNUMOX reusable frames for shipping. These frames consist of easy-to-disassemble parts, a Euro pallet and securing accessories. At the same time as the glass elements, we will send you a return box with a free return label via DHL.

Please pack the frame and accessories in the return box and give it to your DHL courier.

You have 14 days after delivery to arrange for the return of the reusable frame. If you do not manage to do so within this time, we will charge a rental fee of €2.00 gross per day. The maximum rental fee is €400.00 gross, which corresponds to the value of the frame and accessories.

Please ensure that the frame of accessories is returned complete and undamaged.

DISASSEMBLY OF THE KNUMOX REUSABLE FRAME

Hello, I am your KNUMOX reusable frame. You can easily take me apart.
Basically, I only consist of 3 elements that fit together and that you can take apart without any tools:

These wooden slats (4) and the tensioning straps (5) are also included.

Great, that's it for the preparation, now you can pack me up.
But first, take the small snack out of the box and eat it straight away to gain strength.
We have already tried out which way everything fits best into the box:

  • Schritt drei beim Einpackens des Mehrweggestells in den Karton.

  • Schritt sechs beim Einpackens des Mehrweggestells in den Karton.

Then simply seal it. Very important: stick on the enclosed return label.
