Terms of service
General terms and conditions
Our offers are subject to change. Delivery and assembly contracts are concluded either by our written order confirmation following a written order or by delivery. Verbal side agreements are only binding for us if they are repeated in the order confirmation. Deviating terms and conditions of purchase of the purchaser are only binding for us if we expressly recognise them. In any case, the contract between KNUMOX GmbH and the customer is only concluded on the basis of the written order confirmation from KNUMOX. The order confirmation can be sent by electronic message (e-mail) or letter. The customer is obliged to check the order confirmation immediately, but at the latest within 2 working days, to ensure that it corresponds to his order. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period. If an immediate production of the order is desired, the customer can expressly waive his right of cancellation. The contract is subject to the correct and timely delivery to KNUMOX GmbH by its suppliers. The images of the products on the website or in the catalogue may differ from their actual appearance (colour, size, etc.) (also due to printing). In order to gain an impression, in particular with regard to different colour choices, material properties, etc., the customer can - and KNUMOX GmbH recommends this - view samples of the goods on site at KNUMOX GmbH before concluding the contract, or have them sent to them in accordance with the sample shipping conditions. We reserve the right to make technical changes and colour deviations. The delivery & unloading (if ordered) of all objects is carried out either by KNUMOX GmbH or by one or more logistics companies commissioned by KNUMOX GmbH. Delivery is made on one-way wooden racks to the address specified by the customer. Freely drivable with lorry 40to. The packaging provided can be returned to KNUMOX GmbH free of charge.
Terms of payment
We reserve the right to check creditworthiness and, if necessary, to change the terms of payment. Advance payment 40 % of the offer amount, 20 days before start of execution, further payments after instalment payment, request by the contractor, remaining 10 % after final invoice. A detailed final invoice will be issued after completion of the work. The down payment is due upon acceptance of the offer, as described above. No further request for payment is required. The transfer of the down payment amount requires the start of the order, payment must be made no later than 20 days before the announcement of the execution date / delivery date (made by Knumox). If payment has not been received by 3 days before the start of the work, the contractor reserves the right to suspend the work until the corresponding payment has been made, or the contractor may withdraw from the work contract. Any resulting costs shall be borne by the client. If the client is in default of payment, the contractor reserves the right to suspend work until further notice or until the claim has been settled. This measure may result in additional costs, which may be charged to the client.
